  If I could give a 0 star I would. Most unprofessional dentist office that I have dealt with in my life. They will not schedule past a month out, yet boast that they are always accepting new patients. Although after a week of calling, I was told that they again did not have any openings, yet the dentist was able to leave early. When I asked how they can say that they are always accepting new patients, but will not schedule an appointment (even a month out because they are booked that far), I was hung up on. Again, worst professional office PERIOD that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT EVEN TRY, its not worth it. You mean nothing to them unless you have medicare or medicaid.

  The staff and dentist are wonderful. They are very short on openings. Only sliding scale in this area. They have a horrible scheduler. You have to keep calling to get your regular appointments and get told the schedule is not open and they cant tell you when it opens, it just happens when it happens. If you need an annual exam they wont let you make any other appointments. When you do get an appointment it takes 12 weeks to get in. They will however take you in the same day to pull your teeth! At this rate of care I will have all my teeth rot before I get in. Tried 7 calls so far! Sorry for venting but this place is the only dental that has sliding scale.
